I was told via email by a priest that the Blessed Mother was a wonderful way to get closer to Christ. That was in October, 2024. The rosary was my first introduction practice in introduction to catholicism. I said the pre-trent hail mary, which excludes the part asking Mary to pray for us. I was new and still very protestant, and was eery of invoking saints. Now I've come to know asking Mary to pray for us is possibly the most important part. I believe anyone, whether you partake in the christian faith, have been hurt by it, practice another religion, or any walk of life, can benefit from the help of Our Lady. She brings us closer to her Son, and is there to help anyone in distress, no matter where they come from, just as her Son.

The more I try to know and love her Son, the more love I have for His Mother. And likewise, every prayer said to Mary the more driven I am to love and follow Christ, and to serve no one but him. My spiritual life is in a rough place at the moment, so prayers are appreciated. I'm trying to add a guestbook so I can have a prayer request box type thing, I'll figure it out soon.

The Memorae

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known, that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help or sought your intercession, was left unaided.

Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful.

O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen
